All communications are managed through email so you don't have to log into any systems or download an app.
For the past 20 years, our team has managed executive placements into both high-growth startups and highly-reputable technology organisations for incredibly demanding, CEOs. Founders, VC''s/PE Groups and Boards. We are often tasked with having to go above and beyond to headhunt the top 10% of the market which gives us the strongest benchmark for what good looks like.
Our team have also worked extensively in-house setting up the talent and HR functions for startup organisations and even stepped in where necessary as Chief People Officers to support periods of scale. We know the internal process that is run and that you as an executive will be facing in this job market. On top of this, is Talent Technology.
